The loan servicing department is a full-service commercial servicer utilizing the McCracken Strategy system. Structured to provide flexible loan information to the asset managers and clients, the department currently services approximately 1,500 loans and has the ability to track multiple ARM index changes, track and pay taxes in all 50 states, provide automated investor reporting, and professionally service non-performing, nonstandard loans.
